We will find the perfect venue for your event depending on the type, occasion and budget. At EcoGecko we know our venues well and we know all of the hidden obstacles when it comes to planning a perfect event and how to work around or overcome them.

Logistics & Coordination

We will help you and your guests get around the island quickly and easily. EcoGecko Ibiza will take care of everything including transport, transfers and chauffeurs, and will coordinate the whole process to ensure your event runs according to plan.

We will manage all of the staff on site at your event to ensure that everyone works together as a team and on time. Our service includes on-site coordination, guest correspondence and event management.

Catering

EcoGecko Ibiza works with well-known local catering companies as well as high-end private chefs that can fulfill any of our clients wishes, from vegan to thematic menus. We prefer to work with vendors that use local, seasonal products.

We also offer a full catering setup, including customized cakes, bar services, china & furniture rentals and staff hire.

Event Design

We will guide you from A to Z of designing your event, from venue setup, decor and flower arrangements to light & sound. First we will present you our vision of the event design and then use visual and sound elements to transform it into your dream.

Entertainment

Ibiza is famous for its great music scene. For a long time, the island has been home to world famous DJ’s and musicians. When it comes to choosing the perfect entertainer for your event, Ibiza has a lot to offer and we can give you our personal recommendations - from electronic music DJ’s, to live music performers, singers, dancers and live-shows.
